📝 LiNC Shop Claim & Refund Policy

To provide fair service and transparent handling, please refer to the following LiNC Shop claim and refund policy. Policies vary depending on the product category, so be sure to read the applicable section before making a purchase.

1. 🎁 Goods – Claim & Refund Policy

1.1 Important Notes for Exchanges and Returns

  • Product colors may differ slightly from images depending on monitor specifications. Label position and color may also vary.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claiming any exchange or refund due to defects or missing components.
  • Claims will be rejected if the unboxing video is edited, paused, or missing.
  • If the product includes random components, replacement items will also be sent randomly.
  • The following are not considered defects and are ineligible for claims:
    • Minor dents (5mm or less)
    • Scratches, pressure marks, or dents caused by the production process
    • Backside or background imperfections on printed or photo items not affecting the portrait itself
    • Flaws visible only under reflective lighting
    • Shape deformation or sticking between PVC materials due to temperature/humidity

1.2 Refund Eligibility Period

  • For pre-order or made-to-order items, cancellations are not allowed once the order closes.
  • Claims due to defects or missing items follow this policy.

1.3 Eligible Conditions for Exchange/Return

  • Must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the product via Zendesk with the following:
    • Unboxing video
    • Order number, product barcode, reason for claim
    • Full product image and close-up of defect

1.4 Ineligible Conditions for Exchange/Return

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged packaging, signs of use (stains, odor, torn tags), missing free gifts
  • Products that are altered (e.g., repaired, barcode removed)
  • Items marked non-refundable on product detail page (e.g., made-to-order, discounted, albums)
  • Issues related to color tone, print/pattern variance, or dissatisfaction with random components
  • Missing or improperly submitted unboxing video

1.6 Unboxing Video Requirements

  • Must be one continuous take without edits or pauses
  • All sides of the package (front, back, left, right) must be visible to prove no tampering
  • The shipping label showing recipient’s name and address must be clearly shown
  • Camera must not move away from the package or product during filming
  • For album products, the version and number of included items must be clearly visible

1.7 Exchange Request Procedure

2. 🎟 Concert Tickets – Claim & Refund Policy

2.1 Basic Policy

  • Due to the nature of limited-time, scheduled products, concert tickets are non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are only allowed before the cancellation deadline and are subject to the cancellation fee schedule below.
  • No-shows or requests after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.

2.2 Refund and Cancellation Fee Policy

  1. Reserved tickets may be canceled directly through the customer center before the cancellation deadline set for each ticket.

  2. The Company may set different sales and cancellation deadlines depending on each ticket or event, and these deadlines may be subject to change by the event organizer.

  3. In accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  4. For cancellations outside the 7-day withdrawal period mentioned in Clause 3, cancellation fees may vary depending on the product and may be deducted from the refund amount. The cancellation fee policy is subject to change with prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, the following rules apply:

  (1) No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 10 days before the event.
  (2) For cancellations made 1 to 9 days before the event, the following fees apply. Even within 7 days of purchase, if the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the event, cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • For cancellations made 9 to 3 days before the event
    • Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase
    • After 24 hours, the following fees apply:
      • Until 7 days before the event: 10% of the ticket price
      • Until 3 days before the event: 20% of the ticket price
    • 2 to 1 days before the event: 30% of the ticket price
    • Within 24 hours before the event starts: Cancellations are not eligible.
  (3) Refunds are based on the ticket amount after deducting the cancellation fee.
5. When multiple tickets are purchased, the cancellation policy in Article 4 applies even to partial cancellations.

    2.3 Refundable Cases

    • Event cancellation or date change by the organizer
    • Customer declines the changed schedule with explicit intent
    • Partial refunds requested within the eligible period

    2.4 Non-refundable Cases

    • No-show on event day
    • Requests made after cancellation deadline
    • Attempts to resell or transfer the ticket
    • Requests made after consuming event-related promotional rewards
