Origin & Shipping Costs

All items are shipped from Korea.

  • Shipping fees may vary depending on the package weight or quantity.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or island regions.

    International shipping fees vary depending on the destination and package weight. To check shipping costs, please add items to your cart and enter your address. The system will automatically display shipping charges.



    Delivery Time

    [Domestic]
    • Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, but this may vary depending on circumstances.

    • For remote and island areas, delivery may take 1–3 additional business days compared to standard locations.


    [International]
    EMS : Generally, delivery takes 3-7 business days. However, delivery times may extend depending on local conditions.



    Changing Shipping Address

    • During pre-order period: Please cancel your order and place a new order.
    • After pre-order ends: Changes are not allowed.



    Pre-Orders

    For pre-ordered items, shipment will proceed according to the scheduled shipping date. Please confirm the expected shipping date of your pre-ordered items.


    Duties & Taxes

    Duties and taxes are not included in our prices. Additional charges may apply based on your country's customs and taxation policies, for which we are not responsible. Please check your country's customs policy before making a purchase. If items are returned due to unpaid or refused customs duties, refunds will not be provided. Furthermore, you will bear additional duties and return fees incurred during shipping and returns.



    Shipping Delays

    Shipping delays may occur during special periods such as Black Friday and holidays. Delays may also occur during customs clearance in the destination country.


    Delivery Issues

    We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by the recipient's absence, incomplete address, or incorrect address. Refunds will not be issued in these cases, and related shipping/return fees will be charged to you. Regularly monitor your shipment after it has been dispatched. For issues arising after the package is handed over to the local courier, please contact the local delivery company directly.


    Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, retain the item and all packaging materials until all claims are resolved. Claims must be filed within 7 days from the date of delivery. An unboxing video (including the shipping box) is required for all claims. Please refer to our Claim Policy for further details.


    Use of Forwarding/Shipping Agency Addresses

    Use of a shipping agency's address is not restricted, but compensation is unavailable for the following if you use such addresses:
    • Shipping delays
    • Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
    • Other compensation claims Please direct claims regarding these issues to your shipping or forwarding agency.
