This is a 1:1 VIDEO CALL EVENT, and the call duration increases based on the number of tickets you purchase.

- Purchase of 10 or more tickets: 2 unreleased selfies + Life Four Cut (digital photo)
- Purchase of 20 or more tickets: 3 unreleased selfies + Life Four Cut ver.1 + ver.2 (digital photos) + handwritten letter (shipping) + 3 polaroid photos in requested poses (shipping)

📢 Ticket Reservation & Important Notice
- Please set your nickname to the name you want the artist to call you.
- Make sure to finalize your nickname before the ticket sales end. Changing it after the deadline may make participation difficult.
- Ticket cancellations are only available up to 72 hours before the event starts.
- For inquiries regarding cancellations/refunds, please contact customer support.
📢 Video Call Guide
- The video call will be held in the LiNC APP event room.
- The winner's information email (including entry code) will be sent after ticket sales close on April 15 (Tue).

1 Ticket = 1 minute 30 seconds of call time
[How to Enter the Event Room]
- After purchasing tickets, an entry code will be sent via email on July 18 (Fri).
Enter the event room using the code through the LiNC APP.
- Please enter the event room in advance for smooth progress.
[Important Notes]
- Download the LiNC APP and sign up. (Existing LiNC members do not need to sign up again.)
- The waiting order or start time may change depending on the situation.
- If you miss your call time, participation may not be possible.
- We will attempt to call you 3 times. If there is no response after 3 tries, the video call will be canceled without a refund.
- Please check your network environment.
- Make sure to allow camera and microphone permissions.
- If you don’t receive a call, please restart the app while staying logged in.
- Notifications and instructions will be provided in the event room.
- Chat translation is available through language settings in the app.
