📱 VIDEO CALL GUIDE

  • It will be held in the LiNC APP event room.
  • A video call of 1 minute and 30 seconds will be held with each member for each winner.
  • Please make sure to set your nickname to the name you want the artist to call you. Please confirm your nickname before the sales deadline.
  • The email notifying the winners (including the entry code) will be sent on Tuesday, July 15th .
  • You can enter the event room by entering the individually assigned 'entry code' .
  • Entry to the event room is possible from the time you receive the code email, so please wait in advance to ensure smooth progress.

  • Please download the LiNC APP and sign up. (If you are already registered with LiNC ( www.linc.fan ), you do not need to sign up.)
  • Download the app 👉 iOS , Android
  • Actual waiting order or start time may be adjusted depending on progress.
  • If you do not enter on time, you may have difficulty proceeding.
  • For non-responders, we will attempt to call you three times. If there is no response after all three attempts, the video call will be canceled. In this case, no refund will be given.
  • Please check your network environment.
  • Please enter after allowing both the camera and microphone in settings.
  • If you do not receive a call from the artist, please close and reopen the app while remaining logged in.
  • Announcements and progress order will be announced in the event room.
  • Chat room messages can be translated. 
  • Albums will be shipped after the event ends. (Please note that it may take 3–4 weeks or longer for delivery.)
  • Products purchased during the event application period cannot be canceled or refunded after the event closes.
  • This is an event-only product and cannot be shipped together with other products.
  • An unboxing video is required when requesting support for missing or defective items.
    • Please note that requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
    • For accurate assistance, please include your order number when making an inquiry.
